WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
TAT is 7-18 business days.
This is Monday - Friday ONLY.
Weekends and holidays are not included.
All orders ship with USPS or UPS, depending on what you choose.
Please allow up time for your package to be delivered in addition to the turnaround time stated above. We are not responsible for packages once your package is in the hands of the shipping company.
INSTORE PICK UP ORDERS:
Instore pickup orders will only be held for 90 DAYS.
If you fail to pickup your order within the 90 day period, your order will be donated and you will not receive your order OR refund.
WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
We sometimes will ship out items that are completely if we are waiting on something in your order. However, you can always check your shipping confirmation email as it will list the items that were supposed to be in your package.
Adult tee’s are UNISEX GILDEN DRYBLEND, UNISEX GILDAN SOFTSTYLE, OR ANVIL, TULEX, NEXT LEVEL OR BELLA CANVAS. Brands may depend on color, style, and availability. Adults come in the sizes S-3XL. Larger sizes can be requested on a case by case basis.
Tees may also look brighter or darker from a phone screen to in real life.
HOW DO I WASH MY TEE’S?
We recommend washing in cold with no fabric softener to extend the life of your tee’s. The color may wash out some and they may fade over time. This is normal.
BLEACHED & HAND DYED TEES
Leopard spots, splatters, hand prints, etc will be different on different materials and will differ from photos to real life. Hand dyed and bleached items are very much OOAK and will vary from item to item as they are ONE OF A KIND. By placing any orders for these items you understand this risk on purchasing. Colors vary from batch to batch on hand dying and cannot be replicated exactly each time.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do NOT allow order cancellations. ALL sales are final, no refunds will be given for any reason. No exceptions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not except returns for any reason. If an item is defective or is incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days so we can get you fixed up. If you are returning an item to us after we have approved the return, the return must be made within 7 days of you receiving the return label. If it is not sent within 7 days, you will not receive a refund. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee along with the purchaser is responsible for shipping back to us. Refunds are processed once the return is complete to us and we receive the items and verify the package has the contents you are being refunded for.
