Turn around time is up to 21 business days for TYE DYE items.
& 7/14 business days for anything else unless otherwise stated.

the dates listed above are not counted in TAT, packages will not ship on these dates, and orders will not be processed on these dates. Weekends and holidays are also not included in TAT.
PREORDERS: we do NOT refund for preorder delays. We will keep you as updated as possible from what we are told from our vendors we use. If delays happen, we will update you as quickly as possible via the VIP group. We give estimated TAT’s that coordinate with the TAT we are given from our vendors. We cannot control delays or shipping speeds on their end .
All orders ship with USPS or UPS, depending on what you choose.Please allow up time for your package to be delivered in addition to the turnaround time stated above. We are not responsible for packages once your package is in the hands of the shipping company.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are available upon request and cost depends on the size of the order. Rush fees START at $25.00 and go up from there. Rush orders will ship within 5-7 business day.
