INSTORE Vendor Information

Are you interested in becoming a vendor inside of Okie Gals Boutique? 
Check below for some information! 

• We require a $25 non-refundable vendor fee paid via invoice BEFORE move-in if you are a % commission based vendor. 
• “Rent” is 25% of sales each month OR a set fee can be discussed given the space/items.
• We do require a minimum 3 month contract.
• Any earnings are disbursed on the 5th of every month. If our operations are closed on the 5th, the funds will be available on the next open business day.
• Vendor Payments are sent via PAYPAL or CASHAPP only. We will not write checks or do cash pickups. 
• We will require an itemized inventory sheet to be sent via message or email 24 hours before any items are dropped off. This will ensure that we can have tags ready for your items when you arrive.
• Our staff will tag and place items in locations that we believe will optimize the flow of our establishment.
• If no sales are generated within a 3-month period, we reserve the right to remove your items from our shelves for pickup.
• We will strictly prohibit the sale of used items within our vendor network. All products must be new.
• Restocks / inventory rotations should be done monthly. Failure to restock or rotate product can lead to removal from the business. 
• Okie Gals Boutique is not responsible for any fire, flood, theft, or any damage outside of their control.
  
• Holiday items will be bagged up within a week of the holiday ending, the vendor (you) is responsible of picking those items up in a timely manner.

• The current MAX number of vendors that carry similar items is (2). We have the right to change this as we see fit, but we will take into consideration the items that are currently within the store to not oversaturate or step on any toes.

Everything mentioned and listed above is within our contract that is to be signed before move-in. 

As a vendor inside of OGB, you are given complete access to a vendor account portal that you can log in and see your current inventory quantities, sales, payouts, etc. Everything within our store runs off a barcode system that is unique to each vendor account and item.
