• the photo(s) uploaded are the photos going to be used. 
• refunds will NOT be given for a photo that YOU chose to upload. Period.
• each freshie comes with a 3ml spray bottle of your choice of scent. 
• Freshies do NOT come scented, only with a spray bottle of scent for you/your customer to scent themselves. 
• please leave in the notes if you want the wooden balls or no wooden balls. If you do not leave a choice, you will be sent them WITHOUT wooden balls. 
• orders with multiple scents/freshies will have the SCENTS bagged by the same scent and will not be bagged individually with their hanger. 
• vertical photos are highly recommended. 
• horizontal photos are not recommended as they will have to be extremely cropped to fit on the freshie and images can look distorted. again, refunds will not be given for photos that YOU chose to order.
• pay CLOSE attention to where heads are in the photos because some CAN be in place of the hole. We do not put holes in these, they come pre-holed, so there is no way around this if you're not careful with your photo. 
• minimum for wholesale pricing is 5 freshies total
